Paul was amazing and very kind. He made sure we knew our baby Kiwi was in good hands and that her ashes would be separate. Very grateful that we chose Whispering Pines during such a hard time. The cemetery was also beautiful and you can tell how much dedication Whispering Pines puts towards honoring pets.

What a wonderful place. My cat died last night in his sleep. He was old so it was not unexpected. We had been nursing him along, watching for any sign of pain or distress but he was a tough little guy. It was still incredibly sad. He was an amazing baby, making all his humans feel like we were his favorite. He was also our only pet and we,d had him well over 16 years. I can't tell you how awful it was for us.
Add to this I just has an eye procedure Friday. I'm a recovering wreck. My poor husband and I were lost as to what to do. Thank God for Yelp. No one was open on Sunday apparently.
Here they took my call and set everything up to make it as simple and painless as possible. My husband had to make the journey alone after I got off the phone. I feel like a shitty cat mom but I still can barely see.
Despite my sense of sorrow and shame for being unable to help my poor kitty further, the crying already having done my procedure bo favors, Paul was nothing but sweet and non judgemental. He reassured me on the phone and my husband in person. Easing my guilt and helplessness and taking sweet care of our precious friend.
There is real kindness here and they deserve your business. Your beloved beast deserves the compassionate transition they can provide here. Bless this place.

Paul was fantastic. He made us feel taken care of with our little bunny and got him back to us the same day. Highly recommend.

Our dog passed suddenly on a Saturday morning. We were devastated and had no idea what to do. Paul (the new owner) talked me through everything, and was so kind and thoughtful about the entire cremation process. We were able to get our friend home the same day in a tasteful urn, as well as saving multiple locks of hair, a paw print, and a nose print for an extremely reasonable price. Paul is a veteran who knows the connection and love we have with our pets, and was extremely helpful in getting through this process. I can't recommend Paul enough!!

I rarely write reviews. But this small local business is so praiseworthy.
*Paul was so kind and transparent throughout the whole process. He understands the ache we are going through.
* Do not judge the quality of service by its cover. Paul newly acquired this garage and tbh it's not the coziest place. But all I care about is the services it provides -- trustworthy private individual cremation -- which is unfortunately hard to find these days where most companies cremate hundreds of pets weekly and there are inevitable contamination to some degree.
*The price was surprisingly good compared to other places. Paul has a vision for this place and is putting in a lot of work. You know you are supporting a local business for a good cause.
*Ashes come in a plastic urn. Paul has some wooden urn options if you want. I opted to get my own ceramics one.
You know when you can trust someone. I will be coming back in the future and recommend this place for everyone. Thank you Paul. I know my cat got cared for.

Extremely kind, compassionate service - the new owner clearly cares enormously about animals and their humans (I'm sure the old owners did too, but this was my first time here.) The cost for private cremation was half what it would've been through the vet and we were able to personally drop off and pick up our pup, and feel confident that he was handle with kindness and dignity.

Marvelous service! Paul was compassionate, kind, and understood our needs. One of the best things was that we could drop our cat off and pick him up, rather than having him shipped in a box to another city and then shipped back. We definitely did not want that. And the costs were quite reasonable, as well. We highly recommend Whispering Pines and its owner, Paul!
